Aruba Certified Mobility Professional  

As an Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), you have a solid foundation in wireless LAN technologies and are proficient in the installation, configuration and operation of Aruba Networks products.

The ACMP is taken at a Pearson VUE^® Authorized Test Centre and comprises of a ninety minute multiple choice exam which tests the following:

• Aruba controller and AP details

• Aruba system architecture and design

• RF planning

• Using and building the firewall with roles and policies

• Authentication and encryption concepts and provisioning

• Multi-controller environments and redundancy

• Layer 2 and Layer 3 roaming operations and provisioning

• Intrusion detection

The knowledge required to pass this test is obtained as follows:

Exam material is based largely on the content of the instructor-led courses listed under recommended training below. Hands-on experience with Aruba products is also important as the ACMP exam tests the appropriate use of  CLI commands.

• Attend the Implementing Aruba WLANs (IAW)  class.

• Successfully pass the Aruba Certified Mobility Associates (ACMA) exam.

• Attend the Scalable WLAN Design & Implementation (SWDI) class.

Receive your ACMP Certification

Successfully passing the in course ACMP test provides the ACMP certification. A certificate will be within 30 days and certification is valid for 2 years.
